Attendance Policy

Notification & Warnings

  1. Notification: A notification is sent if attendance drops below 80%.

  2. First Warning: Issued after missing 3 days of class.

  3. Second Warning: Issued for further absences.

  4. Third Warning: Final warning letter issued for continued absences.

  5. Reporting: The university will file a police complaint if absences persist.

Appeal Requirement 

    1. Students must file an appeal with the required documents within 7 working days of receiving the final warning.

Outcome:

  1. Not Granted: Without approval, the student will be removed from the course and graded based on attendance rules.

  2. Granted: If approved, further absences will lead to immediate removal with a grade based on attendance rules.
