Examination

    Identification: Students may need to show ID to confirm their identity before starting the exam.

    Instructions: Clear instructions about the exam format, duration, and rules are provided at the beginning.

    Time Limit: Exams have a set duration that students must adhere to.

  4. Supervision: Exams are monitored by proctors or invigilators to ensure that all rules are followed and to assist with any issues that arise.

  5. Submission: Students submit their answers or complete the exam according to the provided instructions. For in-person exams, this usually means handing in papers; for online exams, submissions are typically handled through the exam platform.

 For Missing Exams Due to Illness or Serious Reasons:

  • Submit this documentation within one week after the exam.

 

For Other Reasons:

  • If you miss an exam for reasons other than illness or listed extenuating circumstances, you might face suspension or termination.

  • You must submit a written explanation to the Registrar's Office within one week after the final exam if you want the Board of Examiners to consider your case.

The Board of Examiners will look at each case individually and decide based on the submitted reasons.
