      Passport Page

      You are required to submit a copy of your passport, including:

      • Data Page: The bio-data page showing your face, name, etc.

      • Visa Information Pages: All pages with visa details. Only include pages with relevant visa information; omit empty pages.

      • Observation Page: Showing any extensions, clarifications of name, and previous passport numbers.

      • Special Pass or Exit Stamp: If applicable.

      Note: Students from Libya, Iran, Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, and Yemen must provide copies of all passport pages.

      Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months. One-off Student Pass applications, should be valid for 12 months longer than your study duration. For example, if studying for 36 months, your passport should be valid for 48 months.
