Checkout Memo

Purpose:

Required for students leaving Malaysia or completing their studies.

 

Steps:

1. Prepare Documents:
   • Original passport.
   • Copy of student pass.
   • Flight ticket within the next 30 days.
   • Typed letter explaining the reason for leaving.
2. Submit Application:
   • Submit the application and required documents to the International Student Office (INSO) at least 7 days before your planned departure.
3. Processing Time:
   • The check-out memo is typically processed within 3-5 working days.
     
     

Important Notes:

• Ensure all outstanding fees are paid.
• Keep copies of all submitted documents for your records.
• Your passport will be held and handover at the airport by our representative
