Sticker Transfer for Students

Purpose

Transfer your student visa sticker to a new passport or replace a damaged sticker.

Steps

1. Prepare Documents:
   • Old passport with the current visa sticker.
   • New passport.
   • Student pass application form from INSO.
   • 1 passport-sized photo with a white background (35mm x 45mm).
   • Copies of all pages of both passports.
   • Payment receipt for a sticker transfer fee.
2. Submit Application:
   Submit the application and required documents to the International Student Office (INSO).
3. Processing Time
   The transfer process typically takes 1-2 weeks.
   
   

Important Notes:

• Ensure your new passport is valid for at least 6 months.
• Keep copies of all submitted documents for your records.
