1. Timing
Submit your renewal application at least 90 days before your student pass expires to avoid overstaying.
2. Duration
Renewed student passes are valid for up to 12 months.
3. Processing Time
The renewal process takes approximately 3-4 weeks.
Eligibility and Required Documents
1. Application Form
Fill out the renewal form available at the International Student Office (INSO).
2. Photograph
Provide one passport-sized photo with a white background (35mm x 45mm).
3. Passport Copies:
Submit a copy of all pages of your passport.
4. Academic and Attendance Records:
Provide copies of your academic and attendance records from your faculty.
5. Fees:
Pay the visa renewal fee of 1600 MYR. Pay at least 50% of the second-year tuition fees.
6. English Proficiency:
Submit an English proficiency certificate or Medium of Instruction (MOI) letter.
